Indonesia Rally Team at Rally New Zealand , Hamilton, 31 August - 2 September 2007
The Indonesian Rally Team represented by Driver: Subhan Aksa and Navigator: Hade Mboi participated at Rally New Zealand which is a World Rally Championship round at Hamilton 31 August - 2 September 2007 driving a left hand drive Mitsubishi Eveolution VIII. They successfully complete the rally with no major problems.
During the event, the Indonesian Delegate of Mr James Tangkudung (Deputy of Sports Ministry), Mr. Harris Gondokusumo (from Association Motorsport Indonesia) and Mr. Jeffrey JP from Bloedus Management Indonesia met with the President of WRC FIA, Mr Morrie Chandler to obtain input for Indonesia hosting a World Rally Championship Series. Recommendation is for Indonesia to host the World RallY Championsip Round in 2010 and 2011.
