ICA Easter Gathering,Dunedin 26 March 2005
Happy Easter to all the Indonesians in NZ who celebrate it!! Saturday , 26th March 2005 ICA had its Easter gathering. It was fantastic with lots of finger food and dessert… yummyyy! Indonesian girls and guys can definitely cook yummy food
The weather was not great that day, it was cold and wet. However it surely did not stop us from having lots of fun and getting to know each other more. It was full of laughs and jokes. However that was not all, we were joined by Aunty Lenny's friends from the University. Some of them are from Chekoslovakia so we also had a chance to try their traditional food and dessert as well. After all the food has been served, the meeting was started began. Unfortunately not all the ICA executives were present at the time and some people had to leave early during the meeting? We had some really good ideas for the stage decoration, the kinds of food that we are going to cook, the programme for the night and what we need to make the Indonesian cultural night a successful one. We are looking forward to a great teamwork among all the people who are involved in organizing the event. Indonesian night will be great event for year 2005!
