Indonesian Rally Team competes at Rally of Whangarei, Whangarei, 3-4 July 2010
Pertamina Prima XP Rally Team- Rifat Sungkar / Acott Beckwith can successfully reach the championship series points for the Asia Pacific Rally Championship which was held in Whangarei - New Zealand. Rifat Sungkar / Scott Beckwith occupies second position in which the APRC registered driver Alister McRae perally England / Bill Hayes and Japan's Katsu Taguchi perally / Chris Murphy flanked him as a champion first and third.
Rifat Sungkar / Scott Beckwith with his Mitsubishi Evolution IX bothered by various problems since SS2 of 16 SS that competed. Problem gear box which has been replaced in Leg 1, relapsed again in SS 10 the second day - so they can not develop speed.Track conditions on Leg 2 (Sunday 4 / 7) and the temperature of 4C - 6C and the rain all day which causes a muddy path they should be able to restrain the rate of the vehicle as it also is plagued with brake systems / Brake system.
